My name is Barry Hensley, and I am an Executive Marketing Director for AmeriLife Marketing Group. I have over 25 years of experience in recruiting, training, and building agents in the insurance industry. I have seen this industry change in major ways over the years. I have worked with thousands of agents from all over the country. At AMG, we strive to help our agents through the sometimes complicated path of insurance contracting, marketing, and sales. I have also worked alongside our Carrier Partners to help them create marketing and advertising campaigns aimed at getting the word out on their different products and services, as well as hiring, training, and coaching new marketers to get them to their highest level of success. I assist newly licensed agents, as well as a well-run agency, to achieve more success and increase profit from their current business and sales. AMG is here to help agents with client leads, social media ads, top-level contracts, and commissions, and we have the means to help agents get business issued faster when time is of the essence.
I am married and the father of two wonderful and amazing children. We enjoy going to their sporting events, traveling, and boating whenever we have a chance. I have a busy life and enjoy every minute of work and home. My family and my career are very important to me, and I take both very seriously. I have a great passion for what I do here at AMG and feel I bring that passion to every agent partnership.
